House installation services

The installations of residential projects are mainly weatherproof installations, which are carried out through reliable subcontractors. The installation work usually starts the full working week following delivery, taking into account the weather conditions. Before the installation team arrives, it is a good idea to check the situation at the site the previous week to ensure that the foundations and site are in a condition that allows the installation work to begin.
Things to consider on the construction site
- The necessary inspections must be completed before installation work begins.
- Timber bundles must have underlays and protective tarps on site before installation.
- The lumber bundles are placed close to the foundation so that the crane truck can reach and lift the necessary goods without having to move them.
- The construction site must have electricity, a break room and valid necessary insurance.
- The inside of the foundation must be filled and compacted, and the outside must be leveled and cleaned.
- The customer must ensure that the foundations are built according to tolerances and the foundation formwork has been dismantled.
- Compensation will be calculated for any work resulting from delays or repairs to the installation company.
- The installers collect construction waste generated during installation at a designated location.
- After the installation work, it is checked that the work has been carried out according to the contract.
- Metal-structured, safe scaffolding can be purchased by the customer or included in the installation contract.
