Polar Hall 3 is a large, durable building solution for demanding business and industrial use. The internal floor area is 400 m², the gross floor area 420 m² and the volume 2,395 m³, giving plenty of room for production, manufacturing and storage. The insulated structure keeps the building energy-efficient and comfortable to use all year round. fire-engineered adds to safety, and the building can be planned entirely around your company’s needs in terms of access routes, doors and layout. Door openings can be positioned flexibly, for example in a row along one side, which also makes the building well suited to terraced-building use or to several occupants.
