Production and storage buildings need clear spans, height and door openings in the right places. We size the frame against your equipment and your local snow and wind loads, and account for crane and service loads before anything is machined. Timber needs no corrosion protection and tolerates humidity and chemicals better than steel does.

In retail premises what decides the layout is how the customer moves inside: where the entrance lands, where the till sits and where the stockroom goes. We draw the plan around the use – shop, showroom or service space – and size the structure so the space can later be divided differently without touching the frame.
