Polar Hall 1 is the smallest building in our standard range, yet it still offers plenty of room for everyday needs. The internal floor area is 220 m², the gross floor area 235 m² and the volume 1,350 m³, making the building well suited to storing vehicles, work machinery and other equipment. The fire strategy is engineered to the destination country’s requirements. The dimensions, doors, windows and other details of the model are easy to adapt so that the result matches your needs exactly. The building is available either heated or unheated, and the space can be divided so that part of it is heated and part left cold.
Customisable to your needs All our models can be customised freely, for example in terms of dimensions, room height, doors, windows, external cladding and roofing material. We can also build completely individual solutions based on your own plans, pictures or wishes.
