What does a prefabricated hall delivery include?
A typical timber-element hall delivery covers everything above the foundations: wall elements with windows and doors, roof trusses, gable triangles and the roofing. The elements are made in dry factory conditions, so the frame never gets wet.
Installation comes at three levels: frame erection only, weathertight shell, or a fully finished hall. The self-assembly kit hall is out of date – around 70 per cent are now erected to completion by the supplier. Still, go through each supplier's scope of delivery line by line: the same word means different things from different suppliers.
How quickly is a prefabricated hall completed?

A timber frame is cost-effective in small and medium-sized halls and easy to modify as needs change.
Build or rent hall space?
Run the numbers on both. In 2026, hall and warehouse rents in Finland are €8–15/m²/month in the Helsinki region, €4–10/m²/month in other large cities and €3–7/m²/month in smaller towns. For example, an unheated hall costing €500/m² equals about eight years of rent at €5/m²/month – building on your own plot typically pays for itself in 7–12 years, and the hall retains residual value.
