Heat-insulated prefabricated walls – available also divided into parts and packed according to work phases
We deliver heat-insulated prefabricated walls, which are changeable in their external dimensions. Our prefabricated walls are used in apartment buildings, semi-detached houses and detached houses.
The maximum measures of the elements are 3.65 m x 12 m.
Standardised structures create considerable cost savings for our customers.
The prefabricated walls can be divided into parts, packed and marked according to work phases.
It is possible to have eco-insulation in the walls.
We operate in an ecological manner: waste costs are non-existent.
Standardised products provide great savings
The structures of the prefabricated walls are standardised. This means that the design needs have been minimised, which is directly visible in the price. The insulation thickness in the standard structure is 200 mm, and we use primed wood panelling. We will add an additional support frame inside the load-bearing light wood frame, where the electrical wiring can be installed. There will be a plasterboard or wood panelling inside. It is also possible to install eco-insulation in the walls.
We deliver parts ready-packed according to work phases
In order for the construction work at the site to be as smooth as possible, we can deliver the prefabricated walls in parts and packed according to work phases. The packages are clearly marked, which makes it easier to assemble them on the site. Our cooperation partner uses the fastest, most accurate and versatile cut-to-length line, which can be used to produce parts directly based on the information obtained from the CAD programme, efficiently and precisely. The waste costs are practically non-existent.
